Fellow teacher here. I miscarried right before the first week of school. Three months later and the grief comes and goes. My first period after the loss was hard and I know the upcoming holidays are going to very difficult.
I am so sorry for your loss and the pain you are going through 💜 Grief takes time. Allow yourself to feel. Reach out to anyone in your life who can comfort you and be a listening ear. I found the book Saying Goodbye by Zoe Clark Coates helpful. I also like Loved Baby, though that one is faith-based.
