Try those. I was born in Scotland and live in NC. Jaffa cakes are one of my most missed biscuits. You can find Pims in most grocery stores here. Maybe they have them where you are? They also have a raspberry one that is really good.
These are not Jaffa cakes per se and they are higher than a cat's back in price, but they are close. And my local Wal Mart carries them.

You can find these in some grocery stores in the US for a couple of bucks. They have other flavors as well.

My British section never has Jaffa Cakes. I had to switch over to Pims instead. They're not as good, but still way better than the hot garbage that is Oreo cookies.
