If you or anyone else is open to trying a memory foam/gel mattress without the Tempurpedic brand name I purchased this from Amazon last February and I am super happy with it. It was delivered straight to my door the next day (Amazon gave it one day shipping) and it was a simple matter of getting the box upstairs, pulling the mattress out and laying it on the boxspring, unwrapping it, and then letting it rise naturally while we were at work for the day.
I also looked at Tempurpedic but I couldn't pass up trying out a mattress that ran less than $500. I don't regret my choice. If you don't already have a box spring, any furniture store will well you one for $99.

I got that. Same thing as a sleep number/tempurdic stuff. Ever since I got this bed I have no hip pain or shoulder pain. I have been spoiled by this bed. Totally worth it and it's cheap.

Under "Product Details", see "Origin". You'll see its made is china, and if you looked further down, you'll see that another person confirmed that in fact it is made in china. So either PG (the guy that answered) got a different mattress or he is a mole
