America's original and #1-selling moldable silicone earplugs.Molds very comfortably to the unique contours of any earThe Doctor’s choice for sealing out water (helps prevent swimmer’s ear) and reducing noise with a noise reduction rating (NRR) of 22 decibels. For swimming, sleeping, studying, bathing, work, travel, loud events, flying discomfort, etc
I also have misophonia, so I'm approaching this with such a perspective at the forefront of my mind in terms of the issue of noise. I don't know how much you've shared with your fiance about misophonia, or how supportive he is, but at least in the instance of these game nights, he sounds pretty unsupportive. It's completely understandable that he wants to spend time with his buddies and have fun, but it seems completely reasonable to have them be a little more quiet while they do so, even if drinking is involved. Also, like others have already said, the twelve-hour session seems excessive. I don't know how anyone would want to sit at a table for that long! Since he's interested in having a second session, perhaps a possible compromise would be two shorter sessions twice a week? Finding a reason to get out of the house for these sessions would be great, too...
If you are interested in some generic advice for dealing with noise levels, I recommend Mack's silicone earplugs - they're the best earplugs for blocking noise comfortably that I've discovered. It won't block out everything, but it'll work better than the foam ones from the dollar store. I also recommend noise-cancelling headphones - Bose seems to be the most popular brand among us misophonics, but I use ones by Sony that also work well. They won't block out everything, and the music will still need to be a little loud, but it makes a large notable difference in the amount of sound leaking through for myself.
I would check if his school provides a stethoscope. Mine did. A lot of my friends got secondary stethoscope but it just sits in their closet.
As stupid as this sounds - it's the little things that are appreciated

You sound like you may have been around the block, but for whatever it's worth, people close to me had the most success ameliorating their depression with:
None of these were a cure, but they helped make life feel like a good thing a lot more.

I've been wearing these for over a decade. https://www.amazon.com/Macks-Pillow-Silicone-Earplugs-6-Count/dp/B004CKCX9K/ref=sr_1_2_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1467013088&sr=8-2&keywords=wax+ear+plugs

Those are two I use (first link I use for on the road, cheap and disposable, try these first; second are pretty pricey but more noise cancellation, they do insert into your ears though, so you might just want to stick with the first link). Theyre even great for swimming to avoid swimmers ear. I'm still doing a lot of uni work and my sleep is imperative for me for athletics and school.
I also have sensitive ears and I use earplugs [like these] (http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B004CKCX9K/ref=mp_s_a_1_2?qid=1452722443&sr=8-2&pi=AC_SX110_SY165_QL70&keywords=mack%27s+earplugs&dpPl=1&dpID=513I9%2BFJfEL&ref=plSrch). They may help you out.

One of my buddies has sensitive ears and short ear canals and these seem to work really well for him. Wax ear plugs that you mold yourself and can reuse a couple of times.
I agree with bananasmcgee. My wife is a snorer, and these completely block all sound. In fact, she has to wake me up when my alarm goes off at 4am (take that, you snorer!) because I can't hear it. https://www.amazon.com/Macks-Pillow-Silicone-Earplugs-6-Count/dp/B004CKCX9K/ref=sr_1_2_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1467013088&sr=8-2&keywords=wax+ear+plugs
Try these if you can. Make sure that you get an -air tight- seal or they won't work. http://www.amazon.com/Macks-Pillow-Silicone-Earplugs-6-Count/dp/B004CKCX9K/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1412049518&sr=8-1&keywords=macks+ear+plugs
Edit: Don't pay that much for them. I'm not sure where you live, but you can pick them up at Target for around five dollars. (California)
I've been using earplugs for pretty much every concert since I was 15. I'm glad I did because I have been to at least 3-4 concerts a year since then and I would definitely have hearing loss by now.
I used to use the cheap drugstore earplugs but I've upgraded to these a few years ago after I started swimming again. I haven't noticed any sound quality issues at concerts with these but my friends said they muffled some of the higher frequencies when we were at Iron Maiden last month. I still recommend them over other earplugs as they are a lot more comfortable than the ones that go into your ear canal.
Same here although much older. Is changing seats an option? I wouldn't care about school rules and I would buy these silicon [earplugs] (http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B004CKCX9K/ref=mp_s_a_1_1_a_it?qid=1463937462&sr=8-1&keywords=silicone+ear+plugs)
I don't know what I would do if it weren't for them.
The first ones I tried were called Hush Plugz (haven't seen outside of the UK), but Macks are also good and I'm using them now. US amazon has them, although I couldn't find them on JP Amazon.
here's a link
A pack of six pairs lasts me about two months with every day use. I still wake up to my alarm, but I keep my alarm next to where I sleep, if that makes a difference.
I hope this helps. I feel like I'd be sleeping on the couch every night if I didn't have these, so I hope it helps you out too!

I used these and ear muffs for gun ranges to deal with my neighbors million screaming children.
