We have one of those. My mom has ALWAYS had one. It's a convection oven, like a fry daddy. It's not an oven I would use to "bake" things. We like to roast meat in it. You get a nice crispy crust on meats. Also, it's great for fish. I personally love mine and use it often. But I still wouldn't replace my oven with one.
