I've been using this pistol belt with my battle belt and it works nicely. I used it with a rigger's belt first, but didn't like it as much because you can't get it tight enough for it to not jiggle.

Where'd you get that thigh pouch? What is it? Also is that belt this one? I'm sorry, i'm working on a fallout cosplay as well, and mine does not look as good as yours.
