At home I make my coldbrew in a regular pitcher, and strain through a stainless mesh strainer like this. No clogging, but you do have to pour the contents of the pitcher into the strainer instead of just letting gravity work like most of the coldbrew systems out there.

When I'm traveling I either use a metal mesh strainer that fits inside a mason jar, or a nut milk bag (and yes it's fun to say "nut milk bag"). In both cases the coffee grounds are in the straining vessel which sits immersed in the water, and when your preferred amount of time has passed you just lift the straining vessel out slowly and then discard the used grounds.
