No idea if they'd be the right dimensions for your crib, but we have these and they are quite absorbent.
Other ideas: a cloth diaper cover (not an insert) over a disposable, and/or a wool cover (wool can seem intimidating, and usually needs to be hand-washed BUT you only need to wash it once every few weeks unless it get soiled with something other than pee, otherwise you can just hang it up to air out). My toddler is peeing buckets overnight now, and my bulletproof combo is a regular PUL cloth diaper cover and a wool one over that for insurance.
