What is your situation? Because from the comments there seems to be a lot of confusion about what you're asking for.

Depending on what your situation is, a Medication Safe like this one might be a way to go:

Keeps medications away from people who shouldn't have them, can be bolted into a wall, cabinet or drawer and looks relatively secure otherwise. Just make sure to dry your razor well before putting it away as it doesn't seem like it gets much airflow.

Anything from "nothing at all" to "charges for distribution of a controlled substance," depending on how credible her word is in the eyes of the investigating officers, and on whether they find corroborating evidence one way or another.

It'd be relatively easy to get ahead of this if it comes up again by storing your controlled meds, in their original containers, inside of something like this or this. For most people, it's overkill, but if you have people in your house who have sticky fingers, the prospect of being caught with an entire lockbox they have to explain away is a strong deterrent.
