In all seriousness... there really isn't a damn thing out there that is a licensed product for this game. One option is to get him a stylus if he doesn't already have one. Here Are some Examples #1 #2 #3 in increasing order of Fancy/Cost.

Get him a PAD su-pen! It's arguably the best stylus out for playing PAD.

Super cool PAD themed stylus only 18!

I currently use this one. So far, this has been my only stylus, but I absolutely love it. Let's you see the board easier when you move and depending on your screen size, diagonals become a lot easier. So far I've had this for about 4 months or so? Something like that. No signs of wearing out, but if you're rough with it then it will probably wear out pretty quickly. This is a spinoff of the Su-Pen, but it's a lot cheaper. In the end, you pretty much pay for what you get. I love it though and it just feels right since it's supposed to be the "official" PAD stylus.

and I really like it. I keep it in my pocket which isn't a great idea as I've almost broken it many times. But the tip has not worn out yet on me.

Holy shit I just had to google this. This pen looks like such a piece of shit. I replace my tips almost weekly. And it's $18.98. Holy shit the people who buy this are so fucking dumb. Replacement tips are almost $20 for a 2 pack.

I mean, I guess it's nothing for the whales who drop a grand on every godfest, but for the rest of us we'll buy higher quality, cheaper pens.
