I tried to source items that were somewhat affordable and something you might be able to wear or use in your small assigned work space at the cash register. It is not the best solution to your situation but it just might help in some small way to prevent heatstroke and or help you feel less like fainting due to overheating.

Something that protects forehead, nose, ears, and neck. This one above splits in the back and won't cover the neck. And that's not black.
