I don't know what shipping is like where you're going, but I usually order my saline on Amazon. If you can get a delivery there you should be good to go.
Also, I always fly with my contacts. It's really not bad taking them out and putting them back in later. I wouldn't try during really bad turbulence, but otherwise it's not really all that difficult.

Talk to your doc. Use warm mist humidifiers at home/office. Keep a scarf over your nose, mouth, and ears when you are outside in the cold- trust me, it helps.
You can also try a nebulizer with just saline (which can help a bit!)
