I use this. It's not exactly a kickstand but it's a nice case that doubles as a stand for the tablet.
I couldn't suggest this more, it's slim and light, feels premium, and is a great price.
I haven't been able to find anything similar to the smart cover, but I did just receive a case I ordered on Amazon and like it so far.
