Well, what I do is I have a Moleskine Grid Journal that I use as a bullet journal and I have a few pages in it dedicated to the random things I remember I have to do. I also keep Post-its with it and just write the random thoughts on those and stick them on the journal pages until I sort through them in some sort of more organized fashion.
