It's too bad they can't seem to get it together. But you don't have to deal with Razer for that either--you have the important bit--the cable you need now is available in most electronics stores and on places like Amazon.

Don't know if it's exactly what you need but it's probably at least in the ballpark.
The square adapter is fine, you just need to replace the power cord. You can find them on Amazon referred to as a cloverleaf or Mickey Mouse power cord like this one for about $5.
I bet you can do this without having to do any soldering.
Bear in mind that I'm not an electrician, but if this is a c.1970s or 1980s machine, I imagine the placement of the Live/Hot, Neutral, and Ground lines are going to match up with something you can buy pre-fab.
If it were me, I'd start with this cable (because it is shaped for a circular metal connection) and if that didn't work I'd look around the house for one of these or these and see if you can get it to work. Note that in some cases you may need to shave off some of the plastic housing -- I think you're fine doing this as long as you don't hit any wires (obviously, don't be plugged in while you do this!). If you do hit wires, just buy another one and start over. NO EXPOSED WIRES EVER! (That's a pretty good rule of thumb.)
Again, I AM NOT AN ELECTRICIAN. You might ruin your machine. But if we were making bets, I'd bet you can get it to work with a standard-style power cable.
(Now all the electricians can point out all the flaws in my advice.)
It's a generic power cable, it just needs to have this end on it. It's called an "IEC 320 C5" connector.
This would be what you need.
I'm not sure about Best Buy, but there are several on Amazon.

I’m not even remotely sure on this, but:
The early Mac IBooks, and PowerBooks of the same era, circa y2k, used a round “ufo” power brick. That power brick had a cord with 3 round pins. You might be able to use one of those cords, even though the outer shape of it is different. Definitely no guarantees on that though. Maybe you have a buddy with one laying around?
Edit: come to think of it, some aftermarket laptop power bricks have essentially the same thing:
