The most budget option IMO will be to grab a partially serrated Stainless Mora for fishing and use the Leek for other EDC tasks.

Folding knife for fishing would be a great liability, as it will reek if you actually cut a fish with it and it will continue to reek until you'll disassemble and thoroughly clean it.

Mora on the other hand will be much easier to maintain in that matter.
