I think foreign aid has it's place, but people should be wary of the limitations of conventional aid in helping people in the long term.

Note: I am not advocating cutting foreign aid.

I have not, but I've been looking to get more into non-fiction lately, since I read almost exclusively fiction.

After reading the review, poking around on Amazon got me interested in this book, More than Good Intentions, and The Globalization Paradox.
