Comics/gaming shops usually have them. Maybe a Games Workshop, but they'll gouge you. A straight comic shop would be hit or miss.

Hobby Lobby and its ilk would be a good place to check, too.

It just occurred to me that a pistol case might make a good one, too, depending on how much stuff you want to protect.
