One of the dirtier (but funnier) guys in my office, comes up to my desk to ask me something and goes "ooh, what's this"... Never would have considered that, turned bright red, and spit out my coffee, laughing. It's now in a drawer.
tl;dr: My mind is (apparently) not dirty enough to realize that the muscle massager sitting in a box on my desk at work, looks vaguely like a sex toy.
