Oatmeal stout brew kit
added about 100g of wet grains and 20g of EVOO into a food processor and processed until fairly smooth
used this recipe and substituted 100g flour for the grains, but used 10g less water since the grains were wet from the brew. Ended up having to add more flour anyway.
Sprinkled whole grains on the top to make it fancy. This was a good decision! It added a little more crunch and some strong flavors as a nice treat.
The bread is really good! It tastes kind of like wheat bread, but with richer and more complex flavors. It's slightly sweet as well from the remaining sugars in the grains.
