There are no simple pin adapters to connect a composite video to a computer monitor. They use different signal types, and you actually have to convert the signal from one format to another, not just the plug. Your choices are to buy a small LCD TV that has composite input in addition to VGA/HDMI, you can buy a TV Tuner card to go inside a PC already hooked up to the monitor, or you can buy a converter box to convert the signal from one type to the other. Each method has its own drawbacks.

You can get a TV tuner box that will allow you to use your monitor like a regular TV. Something like this

You could always get a TV tuner for your PC. I used to use one, there was probably a .5 second delay so If you are using it to record games I would play on a TV and use one of these type of things or and just have cords run to the TV tuner for when you want to record.

Looks similar to the thing I've got which works pretty well. Mine was more expensive though(this one seems aboot $50), and has less options(Mine is component only) than this one. It's probably a good idea. It looks like this one displays better than mine as well.
