These are the MZS Bar-End Mirrors. My first set of bar-ends, bought them as a proof of concept to see if I liked them instead of dropping the big bucks on CRGs, and have had them for over a year now. They are mounted on the RhinoMoto modified bar-ends, sturdier and reduce vibrations in comparison to the ones that expand within the handlebar.

I just bought these great color options and I think they look good
I haven't ever noticed any issue with vibration, though I question the quality of the mirror itself. I did use the bar end that came with for a while before I had the oem ones milled. These are essentially the same as what I got.
