I wish I could find the reddit thread I'm thinking of, an Australian gent had made some sort of electronics repair kit and posted a thread about how everything down to the packaging was ripped from his small business. -This is a shiatsu style, you can do your back, one side at a time, or use it on both sides of the spine. They are cheap, I go through about one a year. I mostly use this to get my mid back which is tight from squatting. They sell a lot of these at the yoga studio I go to.
