You can, but it's generally easier to buy pills imo, you can get 200mg pills for cheap. I use these.

I like to keep some Excedrin migrane in my purse because it has caffeine in it, because caffeine withdrawals can actually cause headaches. I also keep actual 200mg caffeine tabs in my purse as well, and I usually break one in half when I need a quick pick me up and no coffee is to be had.
