Be sure to use liquid coconut oil specifically. Regular coconut oil will resolidify in cold liquids. I use this personally: Amazon

I sometimes take caffeine pills in the morning to get me going since I don't like coffee.

Pre-workout I take c4 and sometimes I throw in a scoop of xtend aminos.

Post-workout I usually take 2 scoops on ON whey.

EDIT!: almost forgot... I've been taking MCT oil pre workout lately. I have noticed it makes my leg workouts more bearable. I like the one below.

Nature's Way makes it in a liquid form. this is nice because its completely filtered and is already an oil. be careful not to get the one with little pieces of pulp. in my opinion the pulp adds a weird texture and sort of stays in the vagina after you're done.

My daughter doesn't like coconutty-smelling/tasting oil... but she approves of Nature's Way Liquid Coconut Oil. I don't detect any smell or flavor to it; I notice several Amazon reviewers who concur (despite what the manufacturer's description says). This is fractionated coconut oil, with the coconut solids virtually completely removed (so it stays liquid no matter its temperature) - which leaves the finished product with a relatively high MCT value.

I do it twice a week usually, actually! Depending how dry my hair feels.
This is the kind I use: https://www.amazon.com/Natures-Way-Liquid-Coconut-Oil/dp/B0090PQNG6
But the oil brand 'NOW' is great too!

So many things factor into hair; genes, nationality, climate, age, alterations, etc. What sort of hair do you have? Colour, texture, thickness?
What sort of shampoo/conditioner do you use? Do you use any styling products?
