I've been following Dr. Ely's supplements on my own for about 3 weeks now. I haven't been able to get the antibiotics yet. So just this part:

The calming has been pretty dramatic, though I still had something of a mini flareup after first week. Likely attributable to be away from home for 4 days and not eating carefully, and/or not taking the pro-biotics since I had no way to keep them cool.
