If you're looking to splurge I'd go with this or this. Those are your luxury brands right there.

For a substantial amount less, you could go with this guy, although I can't personally speak to the quality on that brand. I'd also consider this in that range (also it's 32"!).

Cheapest I can find while still adhering to a photo-editing-quality requirement would be this.

And honestly, I think this would be more than suitable for your needs. Get 2.

I just picked up one of these guys for half that and love it. NEC PA272W-BK-SV

However, I am on a budget. For $3500 you should check out a Flanders Scientific monitor
