C-Stand and one of these is what I see used most often when the boom doesn't have to be operated.
You can get a regular mic stand with boom, swap the boom for a ‘boom holder’ and get a lightweight boom on it. I’ll put some links in for what I got.

The boom is hollow and has spaces to accommodate a wire running through it. It’s very light, so shouldn’t be a problem for the mic stand, especially if you weigh down the base.

With a C-Stand. No problems whatsoever.
If this is something that happens quite often, you could buy a 20 dollar boom holder/hook that goes on a stand and you just put the boom pole into it.
