Reddit reviews New Avengers, Vol. 7: The Trust

If this is the omnibus you have, that only covers the series up to the end of Civil War. I don't think there's been another volume of that omnibus put out.

I would recommend subscribing to Marvel Unlimited, it'll save you a lot of money, but if you're buying paperbacks, these are the ones you'll want:

• New Avengers, Vol. 7: The Trust - this volume basically goes from the end of Civil War to the beginning of the Secret Invasion tie-ins.
  
• New Avengers Vol. 8: Secret Invasion, Book 1
  
• New Avengers Vol. 9: Secret Invasion, Book 2
  
• Mighty Avengers Vol. 3: Secret Invasion, Book 1
  
• Mighty Avengers Vol. 4: Secret Invasion, Book 2
  
  The first two volumes of Mighty Avengers are fairly pointless, in my opinion. They're not necessary reading at all.
