growers use these in their grow rooms. you can also get a muffler or silencer or whatever it's called for the fan so it reduces some of the noise of the fan.
edit: this is the best option if you guys want to keep blazing the way you guys currently blaze. I would hate to have to change the dynamic of my smoke sesh with my buddies because of the neighbors.
