If you don't want all the bulk but still want protection I would rock a rhino guard crash guard. It's like a heavy duty bumper. I use one with a tempered glass screen protector and a dbrand skin. Not the same style, but I've been using the RhinoSheild for a little while, and it's been doing well for me. It's a bumper case, so you still get the metal texture from the exposed back. I had a clear case before, but the plastic feel is what drove me away from it.

  • I haven't had any bending problems without using a case (Other than unentionally jumping onto my bed right onto the phone. It bent back easily)

  • Fenix for Twitter, Relay for Reddit, and if you end up using Google Now launcher, Awesome icons to fix the instagram icon. I don't use any battery saving apps, i've never tried them though so im not sure if they work or not. The screen takes up most of the battery, so i'd reccomend not using it above 90% brightness, which is really bright.

  • DBrand / Slickwraps skin (which i guess wouldnt be practical if your using a case. I use a Rhinoshield bumper to protect the phone and also show off my skin). I use the Samsung Level Link so that i dont have any headphones wires coming out of my phone when i listen to music. I haven't found a need to buy any more chargers (other than a car charger that can quick charge my phone) for the 6P. I keep the C-C charger next to my bed, and carry around the very short A-C cable along with my Small portable battery

    EDIT: forgot to mention my Moto 360 as an accessory!

I think it does. You could get one solid waist high drop out of it. I somehow dropped mine in a way that it dinged the front chamfer that the case doesnt cover.

If you want the best drop and edge protection get a Rhino one.
