Not so much now that generics are out. When Nicorette was all you could get, they were ridculous, but now they're fairly cheap.

I get my patches from Amazon. Sometimes the Rite Aid in my area has the Rite Aid brand for buy 1 get 1 free which is always nice.

I didn't like the gum because it would leave sores in my mouth in the corners of my mouth where I stuffed it.
