Anybody know if this Import version being sold on amazon NA has the bonus CD?

The listing on Amazon (US) doesn't mention anything about a bonus disc. There's another verified purchase that says that they didn't get the bonus disc, so I don't know.
$50.99 is a lot more than importing it, even after foreign transaction and shipping fees.
I meant Amazon US for $50.99. They have a listing hidden if you go to "more sellers" sold directly from Amazon. It also shows Amazon US as the only seller on the SE page for the OST.
