Just picked up a $10 keychain back light from Amazon and have to say I'm enjoying the ability (especially at night) to charge up the lume. It takes about 3 seconds to charge and lasts about 30 minutes.

You could also get a 6 pack for the same price.
Edit: Trying to make sure this is enough characters... The battery says it lasts 100 hours, and 1000 hours on the bulb, build quality seem strong enough (time will tell). Again its just nice to be on a walk at night, walking to my car, before going into a movie etc and have my watch glowing in nuclear mode.
It goes on clear but on BuJo paper (Leuchtturm, etc) it stays wet enough to see a word or two before it dries completely. During writing and when it is dry it remains UV reactive -- is is a 'bulletproof' ink.
Not sure of your budget or locale, but using Goulet Pens as a source, $13.50 gets you 3oz. $18 gets you 4.5 oz and a free pen. If you don't have a fountain pen already, a TWSBI Go in Med nib is $18.99. You can also get sample inks for <$2.
