The sizing is by the U.S. Mens shoe size: Small 5 to 9, and Large 9.5 to 12. Please do not follow the Amazon sizing guide. Still not sure about your size, let us know and we will help you out.
These are the ones the I currently use. They might show a tiny bit above your shoe but they're the most comfortable and least bothersome pair I've used. There's another with excellent ratings on Amazon but they look more like ballet slippers and the sticky pad on the back wouldn't work on some pairs because theirs were placed about a millimeter lower.
