Here is a list of the latest, super inexpensive pens I ordered from Amazon. They all write quite nicely, IMHO. I found myself impressed with the quality for the prices. I purchase most of my pens with <M> nibs and am not disappointed with these pens:

(4) Pilot Metropolitan's are never a disappointment. I see you already have one. I don't think you can have too many of those! I personally have 5.
All of the above listed pens come with converters. Enjoy spending the remainder of your $. Looks like you already have received some super recommendations here from the group. I checked them all out too and even put a few on my wish list. What a great group to be a part of.
Neither. It's actually a cheap Noodler's pen. I got it because I wanted to try out a flex-nib pen.
