I have found ~~three~~ four things that help me;

One - I am sure some of your fellow Joes are calm, stonefaced killers. Mimic them, really its that simple.

Two - I find that excessive fear and anxiety is a sign that I am not taking care of my body correctly. Dehydration, bad food, low blood sugar, sleep deprivation etc. Find out what is wrong and correct it.

Three - Get a steady non slutty, non dependa, stable, reasonable mellow girlfriend.

Edit ; A fourth thing This stuff helps me a lot. recommended serving size is 4 I only take 1.
