Here is the model I purchased (which is no longer available) and the upgraded model from Amazon. I don't have any use for mine now that I have upgraded to a car with built in Bluetooth, if you are interested please let me know. It worked great with my S10+ both for the fast charging and audio.

Yep, there's no distortion, it sounds better than radio stations. Although, there might be some static noise when you're in a busy area, but very rarely.
