You need a mixer, like this, or maybe this would do.

Most "Desk Mixers" will feature more mic and mono line channels, than it will stereo pairs.

I would also look at inexpensive DJ mixers for that. (But like the other poster mentioned, you'll have to use HDMI or SPDIF convertors/extractors to get the analog audio out of the game boxes)

This Numark has 4 dedicated stereo channels, mic input (as XLR), and actually has a USB connection that acts as an audio interface/sound card essentially giving you another stereo input (taking the place of analog channel 3) or output for recording or streaming as a USB audio device. It even has balanced outputs for studio monitors.

It is expensive, but there are some cheap alternatives. For example, I just bought a Numark M6 mixer from Amazon for just a bit over $100:

Yeah, here’s an example, just the firs I found on amazon. The slider is what allows you to hear both (in the middle both, all the way right is one, all the way left is the other)

The XDJ-R1 is sexy!
I find Hercules to be the best entry-level controllers; great price, does what you need it to, but isn't as responsive as the Mixtrack Pro tier stuff. The CMD is a competitor of Mixtrack Pro II and what makes me choose the CMD is the aesthetics and it's a more weighted build. The VMS2 is better quality and better response with an advanced soundcard. Since it has a built in browser and effects and since I use active speakers, I wouldn't need a preamp/mixer. Basically, I don't like what I'm using because it's not a small setup and I'd really love to unlock more control through usb, but at the same time I want all the information in front of me instead of on a computer screen. The M6 is just perfect for any hybrid setup/recording.

Personally, I'd assume have a launchkey mini over pads on a mixer since it'd make producing much easier.
