I have that case, it's great, no complaints at all. It's got a magnetic close too, so turns off the screen when you shut it. Much better than the shell case, IMO (I had that too, hated it).

Can't speak for the charger, I just use the charger block that was from my old HP tablet, or just plug into my PC for quick charging.

For the micro-sd card, a UHS-3 class card would be better, and if you're going with 128GB you'll need to use it as internal storage I think. Otherwise fine though.

Also, I don't know if you'll need it or not, but the Shield K1 is still compatible with the Shield Stylus (w/ Directstylus 2), it just doesn't come with it. You can buy one separately if you like. I use it for playing Nintendo DS games, for a more authentic experience and to keep fingerprints down. :P
