I just use a regular broom and this mop https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00KB75YE4/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_CMNDyb871P2C8

The spray part went out on me (I think it's clogged but I can't figure out where), so I just use a spray bottle with it. Vinegar water mixture and a little baking soda if needed help get my tile floor clean. If you really need to clean the grout, I suggest scrubbing it with a cleaning brush or an old toothbrush. I've been told that denture paste is great for grout.

Poppycock!

I understand the concept but I don't buy into it, maybe if you're using a bucket and gym mop. That stuff is so concentrated that I use about 10% of a bottle per year, mopping every Thursday and as needed. If you end up with one small bottle of even 100% oil on the floor each decade, it isn't going to make a difference and it's going to be time to refinish anyways.

I'm not using a bucket or slopping it on though. Your floor should NEVER be "wet". I dilute to their recommendation in a milk jug, then use this with a stash of washable pads, far better than any swifter or mop. No rinse needed and a little goes a long way. Fewer than six sprays can do a large living room. I have two toddlers and a dog for what it is worth. I spot clean big messes with a moist cotton cloth, simply water.
