If you can stand the taste of Florida tap water, you can get a free cup of ice water at any counter service restaurant. I've also seen some Starbucks locations with a self-serve water dispenser in the area where the milk/sugar is.
I love these little pocket size misting fans. I have three of them! They run on a single AA battery and are much more convenient to carry than the big ones they sell in the park. And much cheaper too!
Duck into longer shows when you need to beat the heat. Note that although the movies in World Showcase are indoors, you are usually standing (China, Canada).
