Yeah, I don't actually recommend it unless you have a lot of disposable income. Valve was going for "highest quality VR experience available" and not "affordable". If you want a good VR headset on a reasonable budget, you probably want a Rift S($399), a used Vive ($400), or an Odyssey Plus( $349).
Vive and Odyssey plus have a better refresh rate. Vive is the hardest to set up, but has the most robust hand tracking, followed by the Rift S, followed by the Odyssey plus, which have progressively narrower zones of hand tracking. The Odyssey plus does have the nicest screen in terms of resolution of all three, so that's a significant advantage.
Oh, and don't get the Rift S if you have unusually widely or narrowly set eyes. The lack of hardware IPD adjustment really sucks for the far ends of the bell curve there.
!!!!!

its just as good
The product page originally said HDMI. I preordered in April and it said HDMI and NOTHING about a DisplayPort. The Amazon UK description STILL says HDMI.
That isn't my problem though because I have the ports. It is a failure on Oculus/Facebook.

Só fui até a parte onde ele pede pra adicionar um cartão de crédito, mas normalmente o imposto ja é para aparecer na pagina do produto.
Actually it is not really imported. CZ is still in the EU, so there are no import taxes. You'll pay 449 euros plus VAT difference (4-5 euros max).

Hell, there are budget headsets for way less, and an OG Vive can be found used for less than half the Rift S.
Looking at your profile it seems like you live in the UK. Even if you're not able to take advantage of cheaper US hardware deals, you can still get a Rift S for under £400. It's still signifcantly cheaper than the €1000 that the above comment was making out to be necessary to use VR.
I'm not sure if you're serious or not, but two Vive wands and the single Light House you need so you can use them as hands in game are $129.99x2+ $134.99 which comes to $394.97. (Yes, it's absurd, which is why people rarely by them on their own)
Or you could buy a Certified pre-owned Vive, with all of that and an extra Light house, and an HMD for $399 and just play it in VR
Or you could buy a Rift S New for $399 and just play it in VR
Or you could just by a Samsun Odyssey+ for $250 and just play it in VR.
If your video card isn't up to snuff, buy a GTX1060 for $190 and sell your old card for what ever you can get.
Amazon is selling it for the same price, for those who are interested: https://www.amazon.ca/Oculus-Rift-PC-Powered-Gaming-Headset/dp/B07PTMKYS7/ref=sr_1_1_sspa?keywords=occulus+rift&qid=1575036130&smid=A3DWYIK6Y9EEQB&sr=8-1-spons&psc=1&spLa=ZW5jcnlwdGVkUXVhbGlmaWVyPUFETjU5WkZFWDdNUEwmZW5jcnlwdGVkSWQ9QTA2NjA4MTEzQ05KODgyNTIxWlcyJmVuY3J5cHRlZEFkSWQ9QTA1MTkxNzYxS0g5NFlNOUg2MjJZJndpZGdldE5hbWU9c3BfYXRmJmFjdGlvbj1jbGlja1JlZGlyZWN0JmRvTm90TG9nQ2xpY2s9dHJ1ZQ==

That's for headset as well as the touch controllers, you don't need sensors with the Oculus S.

It's a very good price. Is that good? Can I do everything that I mentioned? Tonight I will do some research of unreal with it. Thanks!
It's a bit tricky to get a wheel and pedals setup to cooperate well with this game. One of the biggest issues I have with it is that it's only got 180° of wheel rotation. If you're interested in getting setup with a wheel and pedals with VR, you might check out Assetto Corsa, Project CARS 2, Dirt Rally or iRacing. They all have their own learning curve and audience, but my personal choice of setup is the following:
Logitech G920 Racing Wheel with Shifter - $270
This is honestly a bargain in its own right. It was closer to $500 when I bought mine and it was seen as a reasonable price even then.
OpenWheeler Racing Cockpit - $380
I've used this cockpit for over a year now and it's held up well. You can mount a wheel to a desk, but this brings it to a whole new level.
Oculus Rift S - $400
This one is a lot harder to recommend. VR is still in its early stages and I personally own a Rift CV1 (the first consumer version) and love it. My honest recommendation is to get a CV1 used if you're new to it. They go for cheap and I've never had any real complaints, but unless you're ready to pour $1000 into a Valve Index, the Rift S is one of the few other headsets being sold new that actually makes sense.
If you want to ask a whole community and not take my word for it on this stuff, I'd highly recommend /r/simracing. Don't let others' budgets throw you off over there. If you're looking for something entry level, but still a good experience, the setup I mentioned here has served me well in the past couple years.
Do you know if when you ordered off Amazon.ca it was directly from them, or from a third party? On their website now, it says they are only selling through third party sellers and im trying to figure out if its always been like that or they are just out of stock...
