With this you can tune TDT/DVB-T channels and control them with the Xbox instead of the TV

Yes. It came out for Europe before the US. It's a tuner for over-the-air TV, so if you use an antenna for your TV, it'll work with that. As mentioned, it allows you to set up a TV Guide, use voice commands to change channels, pause, and rewind live TV.

This tuner? If that one works I'm buying it right now, but otherwise I think I'm okay with waiting like an hour before things are online or finding a stream for sports.

I may be TOTALLY wrong here, but, couldn't you just order the official tuner through the UK Amazon page, and still have it work here?
When you move to Europe, you will have to use the other version of the tuner with DVB capabilities instead of Hauppauge tuner (the plug is different as well).

I used that one for my parents' XB1 in Vietnam and it worked like a charm with XB1 bought from US, while US XB1 tuner received no signal at all.
It's pretty much the same price on Amazon UK if you don't want to create another account....
for a while there was one that was better looking. this is just your standard usb tuner stick for a pc that was slightly modified (if even that) for xbox one.

Can someone clarify what this is about?
Is it a box so you can get over the air tv channels on your Xbox if you don't have cable?
