I have some suggestions. None of these have been moisturizing enough for me in the past though- I'm currently using products with both that irritate/break out my skin minimally. Please double check!
Hada Labo Rohto Hadalabo Gokujun Hyaluronic Lotion Moist
Sebamed Clear Face Care Gel
Cremo creme
Ceracolla Perfect Gel
Ceracolla lotion
Have not tried:
Oilatum natural repair cream

Oh and here is the moisturizer I use! Super gentle. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000LNEB6A/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Hello! I HAVE DONE SO MUCH RESEARCH TODAY BUT PLS HALP.
I have come to the conclusion that although I have acne issues, my face is also dehydrated, and I need to combat that first. Based on my current routine, I'm going to reduce my BHA and retinoid and have it like so:
AM
PM
ADVICE NEEDED: Is it ok to use a moisturiser on top of a HA? What order should it be? How are the products I've suggested? My plan is to do this for 2-3 weeks, and then go back to using my effaclar and differin.
You can still get it on [Amazon](Oilatum Natural Repair Face Cream 50ml https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B000LNEB6A/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_3TnPyb8SKS656) and set it to have it delivered regularly if you like :)
Someone on Amazon is selling it. They've got 8 in stock.
yup this happened to me to, but i damaged my skins moisture barrier so bad i had to go to the derm again, like my forehead had sunken in at points and it was overall ridiculous, i cant even describe it, oil would drip. Because my skin was so dehydrated it became super acne prone to any moisturizer that would normally fix it, about 15 different moisturizers and oil broke me out over the course of 5 months, but now i think i finally settled on 3 ( cerave broke me out horribly)
:)
Thank you for replying!
Here is everything i've picked out (all recommended by the users here in ScA)
Cleanser: Cosrx Low Ph Good Morning Gel Cleanser 150ml by Cosrx
Exfoliate: [Gycolic Lactic AHA/BHA Clarifying Cleanser C2 (150ml Mild Citrus Scent]
Spot removal: Naissance Neem Oil 250ml Certified Organic 100% Pure
Moisturiser: Oilatum Natural Repair Face Cream 50ml
I got all these todays, and ive just done my first ever routine. Neem oil has a very peculiar smell. Kinda smells like cinnamon and fish combined. Gross but if this is the cost of clear skin, so be it.
So when i apply the cleanser do i wait like a few minutes for it to dry on my face? or do i wash it out? And do i apply neem oil before or after the moisturizer? if i apply it before, should i do it straight after i apply the neem oil (or vice versa)
Thank you for helping a noob!
is this it?
