I doubt it. We can look to other countries where abortion is banned, and none have a death penalty for either the doctors or the women.

Edited to add: I also want to point out that overall, capital punishment in the U.S. is on the downside, not on the rise, for any crime, for a combination of reasons (lawsuits against even lethal injection as being cruel and unusual, manufacturers of drugs used in lethal injection refusing to sell them to states that engage in capital punishment, and a general loss of appetite overall for state-sanctioned death). It's a little off-topic, but if anybody's interested, Old Sparky: The Electric Chair and the History of the Death Penalty by Anthony Galvin is a great, fascinating read on the subject.
