For the fruiting chamber, I used this greenhouse, this humidifier, and this humidity controller. The pipe is just a piece of scrap sump pump drainage tubing I found laying around the house.
For preparing the substrate you'll need myco-bags found at a site like here or here. I got the spawn from fieldforest.net. The sawdust is just wood pellets for a stove, moistened. You need a pressure cooker to sterilize it.
It really doesn't use much electricity at all, the humidity controller runs the humidifier for about five minutes every couple hours. It's a cool mist humidifier so that's why I piped it in at the top- it falls as it comes out.
You want to leave the bottom open to help fresh air get in there. Humidity and fresh air are vital to mushroom growing. The humidifier pumps in most of your fresh air but leaving that bottom open helps as well. Even still, once a day you want to open the greenhouse up and fan it out.

The fogger in that video seems awesome! I was just going to use something like this with a hose feeding into the greenhouse but I like this rig.
