When I first started looking into supplements, I bought all of the name brand stuff. Then when I got it I looked up the ingredients and found cheaper versions of those ingredients on Amazon.

For Ovasitol, the replacement would by myo inositol. Other supplements that I found that have research saying that they might be effective is Vitamin D supplement (at least 800 mlus) and QCo10.

Also a side note! I have been taking just myo inositol for 3 months now and my periods have shortened to 29 - 33 days. It definitely made a huge difference.
