Their dive watches will probably have the best applications of lume in their range. So the SKX, turtle, samurai etc. There's a lot of choice so you'd be able to find something that fits your needs/budget.

Thanks for the input! I've narrowed it down to two; one of each style.

For the more minimal style I landed on the Orient Esteem Open Heart, and for the diver style I went with the [Orient Luminous Dial Mako II] (http://www.amazon.com/Orient-Automatic-Watch-CEM75005R-Luminous/dp/B0062EJVAI/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1409122959&sr=8-1&keywords=orient+luminous+watches). I liked the blue on that Rolex because it was very vibrant and shiny, I didn't see any Orients like that. Now it is just a matter of deciding which one I want now, and which one I'll save up for!

You can almost get the Orient M-Force for that price. Unfortunately it does not come in white.

Since nobody is going to mention, check the (white-ish) Luminous Mako.

Seiko SKZ207K1 and... that's all I could think of. Seems like white is unusual for divers. Outside your budget but just for the trivia of white dialed divers: Longines Hydroconquest.
