6" plain toe wedge probably in cordovan but they definitely need to be beat to shit to look like this. The sole looks like it's near the end of its life.

Can be resoled, the sole has some give to them while not being 'heeled'.
I've got a pair, great work boots (no steel cap toe fyi).
sizing note: The insole for their shoes with a wedge sole is for some reason different. They fit tighter. I can't wear thick wool socks with them. Despite this I find them more comfortable.

Chippewas are solid boots. I personally prefer a heel but they do have a lot of wedge sole boots in their lines.
